Is this system secure or can my personal information be exposed when traveling across the Internet?
This system has been secured to protect the privacy of your information. To get to the information, you must supply a name and a password. When you sign up you will get a temporary password. The first time you log on, you will be prompted to change the temporary password. Only you know the password you choose. Employees do not have access to your password. Once you are in the system, any information transmitted over the Internet is encrypted to prevent exposure.

I was connected to the application earlier now I cannot connect again. The error message indicates it is unable to locate the server. What do I do?
First, confirm that you are able to access other sites successfully. If not, contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance. Second, confirm that the URL address you typed is correct, and that you specified HTTPS at the beginning. If that doesn't correct the problem, then it may mean that the E Statement site has unexpectedly gone off-line. In this case, please contact Member Services at 812-253-MYCU (6928) or toll free at 800-858-1693, or simply try your request again at a later time.

It is the first of the month.  When will I be able to see my statement?
Depending on our end of the month processing schedule, statements will normally be available by the fourth day.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
When you established your password, you may have given us a hint phrase. Clicking on the “Forgot Password?” box will cause the hint phrase to be displayed. If this does not resolve the problem, contact Member Services at 812-253-MYCU (6928) or toll free at 800-858-1693.

Can I change my password?
Yes. Once you are logged into E Statements, click on “Settings.” At the bottom of the Settings screen, there is a password change link.
