Electronic Statement Consent
Welcome to your Employees Credit Union's E-Statement service! Before accessing the service for the first time, federal law requires that we provide important information to you regarding this service.
If you would like to receive your statements by electronic means, you must carefully review the following terms and affirmatively indicate your consent by clicking the “I Agree” button below. If you wish to continue receiving your statements by mail, indicate by clicking the "I DO NOT Agree" button below. You may "opt out" immediately, which will discontinue us sending you a paper statement or you may "test" our E-Statement service for a period of three (3) month-ends, receiving both an electronic statement and a paper statement. At the end of this "test" period, if we have not heard from you, we will consider that you have "opted out" and you will no longer receive a paper statement.
	1.	Your consent to receive electronic statements only applies to statements for this account. All other statements and notices we provide to you in connection with our services will be on paper unless you and we agree otherwise.
	2.	After you consent, you may request a paper copy of any statement or notice that you have agreed to receive electronically by writing, telephoning, or e-mailing us at Employees Credit Union, P.O. Box 542288, Dallas, Texas 75235, 214-357-3328, ecufinancial@ecudallas.org. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic statements any time by contacting us using one of the above methods. Your withdrawal will become effective after we have received it and have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
	3.	If your e-mail address or any other contact information on file with us changes, you must notify us using any of the above methods or by updating the information in the E-Statement site.
	4.	To access the statements you have agreed to receive electronically, you will need a computer with a working Internet connection and the following:
		Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1, 128 bit encryption or Netscape 6.2.3 or a later release of either browser. Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or later will be required to view your statements.
